Who we are
Galeport is an AI integration studio based in Telangana, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@galeport.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, your message, and optionally your current website and preferred start date. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include. If we work together, we keep the correspondence, files and invoices the project needs.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver this website and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you and prepare a proposal, based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will delete those details.
If we work together, we use your details to deliver and support the project, and we keep invoices and payment records because tax law requires it. These records are kept even if consent is withdrawn.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our website hosting provider, our email provider and our payment gateway. They process data on our instructions, and some may do so outside India. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Data we handle for clients
When we build or run websites and automations for a client, we process their customers’ data on the client’s behalf and only as they instruct. The client’s own privacy policy covers that data. Where it includes children, the client is responsible for obtaining a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. Project records are deleted within twelve months of the project or support agreement ending. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light or dark display choice in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to hello@galeport.com. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Data is stored with established cloud providers, access is limited to the people working on your enquiry or project, and connections to this website are encrypted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
