About these terms
Galeport is an AI integration studio based in Telangana, India. We design and build websites, web applications and business automations. In these terms, “Galeport”, “we” and “us” mean Galeport and its proprietor, and “you” means the person or business engaging us.

Your proposal is the agreement
Every project starts with a written proposal that states the scope, the price, the payment milestones and the schedule. When you approve it, the proposal becomes the agreement for that work and takes precedence over anything on this website.
Payment
Nothing is charged until you have approved a proposal. The proposal states the advance payment and when each remaining payment is due. Prices are in Indian rupees, and applicable taxes are shown separately.
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway. Galeport does not see or store your card details.
Delivery
All services are delivered online, on the schedule in your proposal. Nothing is shipped. See the Shipping and delivery policy.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy.
Third-party services
Some work depends on services provided by others, such as domain registration, hosting, WhatsApp Business messaging or software subscriptions. These are listed in your proposal, registered in your business’s name and billed to you directly by the provider, and their own terms apply. If a provider does not allow this, the proposal says so.
Ownership and licence
Your domain, WhatsApp Business account and customer data are registered in your business’s name. We work through partner access, and you can export your data at any time. Content you supply, and content we write for you, also belongs to you.
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, host and modify the delivered website, software or automation for your own business, including the right to have another developer work on it. You may not resell it or license it to others as your own product.
Galeport keeps ownership of its underlying code, components and templates, which may be used in other projects. If you need full assignment of the code, tell us before work starts; it is quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you provide, and for making sure the people you contact through an automation have agreed to receive those messages, as required by law and by WhatsApp’s policies.
Support after launch
Thirty days of corrections and small content changes after launch are included. New features, and work after that period, are quoted before they start or covered by a separate support agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party services we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Complaints
Write to hello@galeport.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and respond with an outcome within one month of receipt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to that, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you approve your proposal.
